If you are looking for information regarding Refund or Exchange, please read the following carefully:
- Any part on which Exchange Policy is not offered by the seller does not qualify for any kind of Exchange or Refund.
- It is solely upto the seller to offer Exchange Policy on the parts.
- If you receive a part that wasn't ordered by you, it will be exchanged free of cost.
Please Note: In such case, you shall inform the company of the mishap as soon as you receive the delivery.
- If you order a part that does not fit your vehicle, the seller may have the right to refuse to exchange or refund it.
- In case if you receive a damaged part, you are requested to immediately inform the company of the mishap. The company will investigate the matter and take the actions accordingly.
Please Note: Every part is inspected thoroughly for damages prior to shipping, at our Quality Assurance Department.
- If the part is damaged during delivery by Courier Company, Pakmoto will have the right to refuse to accept the claim. However, compensation may take place according to the policies of the respective Courier Company.
